Welcome to park9 
Park9 is a social environment where dogs get to play together in our large format playcare while supervised by a member of our team at all times. For that reason, prior to attending playcare and boarding, we have all dogs complete our no charge Meet & Greet Assessment.

A Meet & Greet appointment allows us to meet with you both. in person in our facility, to ensure that our playcare is the best choice for your dog.

To enjoy park9 boarding and playcare services, canine guests must be:

• Social with both people and dogs. Our facilities are very social environments for very social dogs! Dogs play in groups all day together.  If your dog is not used to socializing with other dogs, it could be overwhelming.
• Current on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives (you can find the required vaccination information in the policies link below for both cats and dogs)
• Spayed/neutered if 7 months of age or older
• Re-homed for at least six to eight weeks, if adopted/rescued

Book your Meet & Greet Assessment today,

​Step 1 - Choose to Self Register online by creating an account for yourself (from our New Clients tab under Book Now) or call or text  416.999.8430 and a Park9 specialist can help you enroll Monday thru Friday between 12pm to 6pm.
Step 2 - Enroll your dog (or cat) and tell us more about them.
Step 3 - Request Service of your choice. Please note, if you’re wanting playcare or boarding, you will be booking a MEET & GREET ASSESSMENT as your first appointment. (not a reservation for this booking)

*Once you’ve completed our Meet & Greet Assessment, Boarding and Playcare reservations can be made online in the future.

If you are only registering for cat boarding or Salon & Spa services then you can make your reservation on line immediately after completing your client and pet registrations.

Once you have done that, we will contact you online to confirm your request/booking. It’s that easy!
