Park9 is a social environment where dogs engage in off-leash group play while supervised by a member of our team. For that reason, prior to attending Playcare and boarding, we have all dogs complete our complimentary Meet & Greet Assessment.

​A Meet & Greet Assessment allows us to meet with both you and your pup in-person to ensure that our Playcare service is the best choice for your dog.

To enjoy Park9 boarding and Playcare services, canine guests must be:

• Social with both people and dogs, our facilities can feel overwhelming for pups who aren't used to playing in groups.
  
• Current on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives
  
• Spayed/neutered if 7 months of age or older
  
• Re-homed for at least six to eight weeks, if adopted/rescued​

After your assessment is complete, you're all set to book Boarding and Playcare online whenever you need. Registering for Cat Boarding or Salon & Spa only? Skip straight to booking after registration. Either way, we'll reach out online to confirm and then you're good to go!

With your online account, you'll gain access to:

• Book a Meet & Greet Assessment
• Book and cancel playcare, boarding and salon and spa reservations
• Check boarding availability
• Get boarding cost estimates
• View past, present, and future reservations
• Receive notifications via text or email regarding upcoming reservations
• Upload your pet's current vaccination records
• View and edit your customer profile
• View and edit your pets' info
• Manage your communication preferences (email and SMS)
• View your receipts
