Our park9 downtown location was selected because it is both conveniently walkable and between popular ttc streetcar and bus routes. Inside, it is outfitted with: large spaces with extra room to explore, play equipment, enriching fun and with socialization, and an experienced team that cares about your dog’s happiness.

At the end of the day, your dog will go home tired and relaxed, with what we affectionately call: the #park9hangover!

Prior to attending playcare, all dogs must be registered and attend a meet & greet assessment , where we will ensure our playcare is the right fit for your BFF.

We pride ourselves on transparency, and as such, we will work with you to ensure your dog is their happiest. Oh did we mention we have live webcams in our playrooms?

Our park9 salon and spa are open with a team of grooming pros, to provide your dog with the best care and service. 

Two of our most popular grooming bookings are: The Ultimate Haircut and Just the Massaging Bath (which is more than a bath). Added services like a nail trim or blueberry facial, are two of our most popular added à la carte items offered in our salon.

Shuttle
Comfort and convenience

If your dog is staying at our park9 pearson yyz boarding facility, you can simply bring them to our park9 downtown location and we will safely and conveniently transport them, there and back, in our shuttle.
​Dogs travel in safety harnesses and the van is equipped with cushioned rubber flooring and mats for their comfort on their short drive.  We travel with less than 7 dogs each trip so everyone has their own space.

When it comes to taking care of your dog, at park9, their comfort, happiness, and safety are paramount. Whether it be at our elite boarding facility, our spacious playcare locations, or in our shuttle transporting your dog in between, we strive for the best.
