-Dogs are assigned to a playgroup based on factors like size, play style, and temperament.
-If you can't spot your dog right away, please don't worry they might be enjoying some quiet time outside the room, having a meal, getting a one-on-one service, or simply hanging out in a spot that's outside the camera's view.
-We often rotate dogs between playgroups and the rooms they play in so please check the different play areas and cameras
-You may also notice our team members using mobile devices while on camera (phones or tablets). This is part of our normal operations. Our staff use mobile devices to stay connected with other staff and to communicate about dog care, update health and behavior notes, nap times and capture adorable moments for report cards. This is how we maintain a safe and engaging environment for our dogs each day.
