Our YYZ resort is the largest facility in the city and is located just minutes from Pearson International airport. Open 365 days a year, we are here to provide you with a piece of mind, and your dog...or cat...a place they will love to stay.

We offer large play areas both indoor and outdoor, suites suitable for all sizes and needs, the lighting, air filtration and the uv-filtered indoor pool, that was designed specifically for dogs, had to be top notch. It needed to have a salon for departure baths, and to be conveniently located for those getting away. So we did just that.

But what really brought this resort to life was the park9 team. Our senior staff are trained in Pet First Aid and bring their passion to work. The core values of not just what, but who park9 is; a place of fun and trust, transparency and care, knowledge and understanding, for both you and your dog...or cat. Yes, we have a cat wing too.

We offer a shuttle service from our downtown location that can be requested when you book online.

Our park9 pearson yyz location hosts two large play spaces, indoor and outdoor, and an indoor vu filtered pool, designed especially for dogs. With extra room to explore, play equipment, enriching fun with socialization, and an experienced team that cares about your dog’s happiness...your dog will love this place!
At our Pearson location, we offer playcare 365 days of the year (peak rates apply on Statuatory holidays)

At the end of a day, your dog will go home tired and relaxed, with what we affectionately call, the #park9hangover!

Prior to attending playcare, all dogs must be registered and attend a meet & greet assessment, where we ensure our playcare is the right fit for you BFF.

We pride ourselves on transparency, and as such, we will work with you to ensure your dog is their happiest. Oh did we mention we have live webcams in our playrooms?

While staying at our pearson yyz location, for playcare or a boarding stay, adding on a departure grooming service is a perfect way to bring home a clean, healthy, and happy dog.

Two of our most popular grooming bookings are: The Ultimate Haircut and Just the Massaging Bath (which is more than a bath). Added services like a nail trim or blueberry facial, are two of our most popular added à la carte items offered in our salon.

shuttle
comfort and convenience

If your dog is staying at our park9 pearson yyz boarding facility, you can simply bring them to our park9 downtown location and we will safely and conveniently transport them, there and back, in our own park9 shuttle. Dogs travel in safety harnesses and the van is equipped with cushioned rubber flooring and mats for their comfort on their short drive. We travel with less than 7 dogs each trip so everyone has their own space.

When it comes to taking care of your dog, at park9, their comfort, happiness, and safety are paramount. Whether it be at our elite boarding facility, our spacious playcare locations, or in our shuttle transporting your dog in between, we strive for the best.

Amazing customer service! I can’t say enough about all your employees from the front desk to the Slumber Room. I felt comfortable leaving our baby because she sleeps with us at home. This service allowed her to feel like she was at home.
